Can I return the following day to clean the Hall after I have hired the Hall from the night before?

No, the Hall is likely to be booked the following morning and needs to be clean and ready for the use of the next hirer (ie; the hall should be left in the same condition as you found it in).

Is smoking allowed in or around the hall?

NO. Smoking is banned in all City of Ballarat facilities. Smoking is permitted outside the hall (NOT on the verandah/portico).
